At a young age, Kaye was drawn to being a performer. Whether she was lip syncing to Stacy Lattisaw’s 1981 hit or throwing on her ballet leotard and gym socks to perform an impromptu show in her living room, she loved to be in front of an audience. Now, with countless shows under her belt, she’s graced stages locally and abroad with traditional Filipino folk dance troupe Folklorico Filipino Canada and with neo-Filipino folk dance group Hataw Performing Arts as a principal dancer.
Throughout Toronto, Canada and in a 2020 tour in Asia, with “Kasa“, Kaye has shared her attraction to the aerial hammock, flare for fan dancing, and skillful shape shifting at events and parties alongside acro partner, Sam Wright.
